1. Go the sub station (underground) and get on the sub.
2. Speeding Spike (aka the speedy villain) is at the other end of the sub. Walk over to him. (If you run, you'll slip on the puddle of water on the first cart.
3. Spike will get mad and speed towards you (which explains his name).
4. When he runs at you, don't hesitate. Jump. The goal is to try and get him to the front of the train.
5. When Spike is at the front of the train, make sure he stays there.
6. Remember the puddle in the first cart? Get Spike over to there and "give him the slip." LOL

7. Spike will fall down and stay there. When you see stars over his head, click on him to put the cuffs on him.
