You can't. According to some Arabic myths, genies (coming from the word Djin) were desert spirits created by Allah before man. You either are or are not a Genie, there's no way to become one and a Genie will only do as commanded by Allah.
Of course, according to other myths (most notably Disney's Aladdin (no relation to the ACTUAL Aladdin myths))) A Genie may be able to turn you into a Genie, but that's the only way.
Though, it is true that there are other myths were the Genies/Djinn are neither benevolent or controlled by Allah.. One may be more than happy to imprison you for eternity under the pretext of turning you into a genie.
