Be yourself, don't imitate others, talk to boys as friends. Don't be someone who is ditzy and artificial. Learn to play Frisbee, and carry one with you. Read books about interesting stuff, don't watch TV, don't be ultra-feminine, because guys find it easier to relate to people that they feel they have something in common with. If you set out to be the 'coolest' girl, you will end up looking like a fool. You define what 'cool' is, not others. And remember that having a boy friend is not a trophy, not a prize to show off to others, but something that you want for yourself, because you like boys, and want to spend time with them.
