First of all,it matters what age you are and, if you have a current relationship, or they havn'e seen since elementry.For example, if a child was in elementry and someone told them that a friend had spread a rumor about you and make a rumor about them you should go to them and "I am really sorry about what I have done and I want to be friends again"if that doesn't work then good luck!If it is a relationship you should go to there house knock on their door and have a bouqut of flowers for them and possibly more which could either lead to a door slamed in your face or something better!If they are mad from 10 to 20 years before call them or meet them at a restaraunt,place,etc..

If You Dont Go School Anymore If You Have Her/His Phone Number Try And Call Her/Her When You Think Or Know They Will Be Out And Leave A Message Sayin What I Said On The First Paragraph Or Talk To Them Directly On The Phone. Your Choice.
