What you do is you email he PR or Media Relations Director of the event you are attending. You want to email or contact that person by telephone and tell them what your looking for.
Make sure you include what media outlet your with and it's not bad to have an editor back you up on the request for a press credential.
THAT IS IF YOU WORK FOR A MEDIA OUTLET.
IF you DON'T: Stop wasting people's time!!! If you need a press credential so bad go get a job that requires covering events for news...
