How do you beet Burning Desire on Grand Theft Auto San Andreas because at the end it always freezes?

There are two missions in san Andreas that involve being in a burning building and both made my computer freeze because my graphics card was struggling with rendering the flames. Try going to settings and turning the display quality way down, maybe this will allow you to do the mission.

It could be that, if your game is freezing in the same place, your disk could be scratched or damaged in some way. Have you got a friend with the San Andreas disk who would let you borrow it, just to see if it plays ok on your console? Just an idea.
