You play music for them with the instruments they want. The insruments they want appears on their little word bubble. Make sure your band has atleast one of every instrument. You can also give them gifts if they are neutral to you or under.

∙ 14y agoI haven't played Spore in a while so pardon me but I do believe you get them depending on how you act. If your nice you get didgeridoos and such but if you choose to eradicate tribes then you get weapons like axes. Certain buildings you buy give your tribe members certain weapons or socializing tools.
