Contrary to a lot of fantasies when a person is blackmailed for sex they either call your bluff or get revenge after the blackmail payment is given.
Blackmail is dynamite, it could blow up in your face at any moment which is why most professional blackmailers will protect their identities, in this case though that is next to impossible.
What I'm trying to get at is that unless the person secretly wants you (but can't because of reputation or character) this isn't going to work.
Also blackmail sex is non-consensual sex ergo rape.
