Have a helper pump the brake pedal several times then hold it down At one wheel take a wrench and loosen the bleeder valve on the wheel cylinder. When the helper tells you the pedal is to the floor, close the valve. Repeat this until the air stops coming out. Move on to the next wheel and repeat.

It should. You'd probably want to look at the fasteners in both vans and measure the distances. In ours a seat from a 1995 astro fit into a 2001 with no problems. Hope this helped! If it did, please recommend me. -Brad
