There are two bolts and they take a 7/16, 1/2 or 5/16 wrench to loosen them just enough to have them leak some diesel fuel. The first one is near the back of the pump where the injection lines attatch. The second one is on the side of the top cover where the levers are.Crank over the engine 30 seconds at atime until no more bubbles come out. Tighten them both up and the loosen the injection lines at the injectors. Crank it over again until a good flow of fuel comes out AND KEEP YOUR HANDS AND FACE AWAY FROM IT!!!!!!!! The fuel pressure can go into your skin and cause major internal personal harm. Tighten up the lines and it should start.
