There is a small brass valve on the top of the thermostat housing where it attaches to the top radiator hose. Loosen it and then fill the radiator until coolant comes out of the valve and then quickly close it. This is only for an impala with the 3.8 liter engine though I believe there are two valves on the 3.4.
Drain the water from your 1995 Chevrolet Corsica cooling system. Remove the water supply hose from the top of your thermostat housing. Remove the thermostat housing retaining bolts. Lift the old thermostat out and drop in the new thermostat.
To change a thermostat on a 2003 Chevy Impala remove the connectors to the battery, wait for the coolant system to be drained and take out the radiator hose. Remove the thermostat and clean it's component, position the thermostat, put the new gasket on top of the thermostat and put engine oil on the bolts. Attach the radio hose and fill the system with coolant. Put the negative part of the battery cable to the terminal and let the car run for a few minutes before driving.
Not as a factory option.
There is a bleed screw on the thermostat housing. Remove the screw with the engine loose. Ounc you have pure coolant and no air you can close off the bleed screw.
EVAP system flow during non-purge.
You can bypass the factory security system in your 2004 Chevrolet Impala by removing the factory security system fuse. You can find the factory security system fuse in the fuse box.
They are located before and after the catalytic converters in the exhaust system.
It is a brass fitting on the top of the thermostat housing.
In most cases the theft deterrent system in your 2007 Chevrolet Impala will reset itself in 10 minutes. You can also remove the fuse for 10 seconds and replace it to reset the system.
You need to clarify your question as to what you are referring such as engine or evaporative system.
Turn the key off and on for three times and that should prime the system.
