YOu need to blead the system .. then it should require no adjusting
mx6 got no moonroof - only a sunroof and YES its interchangeable
possible that it was inproperly installed or needs replacing and it could be the clutch to so open er up.

I'm Guessing that your talking about the A/C compressor, in which there are 1 or 2 wires going to the clutch. Disconnecting this wire(or 2) will disable the compressor clutch stopping the compressor from working.
Mazda produced the MX6 automobile for the first time in 1987. They then released the second generation model in 1991 and this was in production until 1997.
Bleeding a clutch like the one in a MAZDA 323 F means taking the air out of the line. This can be done by pumping clutch fluid through the line. Forcing it in under pressure making sure there are no kinks in the line, or using gravity to accomplish this is a quick procedure.
