You don't. You can't. And I have never heard of bleeding an injector. Its just a solenoid that opens and closes.
There is no reason to bleed the air from the fuel lines on a fuel injected engine, It will bleed itself through the injectors when you are trying to start it.
If it is a 1996 or newer then it has 8 injectors, 1 per cylinder. If it is older then a 96 then it has 2 injectors. TBI.

The cooling system bleed valve, on your General Motors 5.7 liter engine, is located on the bottom of the radiator. The bleed valve should be in the middle of the radiator bottom.
