Very simple. Right when Kirby begins to bang his pans together, everything in a radius that takes up a single screen will begin to be sucked up into the pot. The things are sucked in order from closest to farthest from Kirby, so if you are standing right next to Kirby when he uses his FS, do a stop Dodge (L/R+Down) or a rolling Dodge (L/R+Left or Right) right before he begins to smash the pans together. If you are far away, and there are a lot of things near him, do a dodge after he has banged the pans once or twice. It takes practice, but Kirby's FS is the easiest to dodge in the game next to DK's.
