Don't know in Master Quest but in the original when your in the Haunted Wasteland you'll see a sign on the Left. The Bombchus are 200 Rupees!

you would have to be more specific but the first fairy would be @ Zelda's castle where that big boulder is on the side of the mountain after you get over the huge gate, the second one is when your an adult and you go back to Zelda's old castle (which is now Ganons castle when your an adult) you go all the way to the end of the path where huge pillars are and blow up another huge boulder and the third fairy is @ the desert temple the the far right in between two palm trees there is a crack in the wall you have to blow that up in order to get to the third fairy Hope that helps :) Remember to have fun and enjoy

Idk but u can find dins fire at the fairy shrine at hyrule castle. All u have to do is climb the vines and then go down the ladder on top of the gate then go strait along the wall to reach a boulder. Blow it up with a bomb and then play the zeldas lullaby on the triforxe and she gives it to u. Hope this helps!-kate*~*
