Moved the computer and now no display works. I tried repair and getting into safe mode on Xp with no luck it goes straight to windows Xp.

NTLDR is indeed a key boot file in Windows 2000 and all of the Windows operating systems since Windows NT. A machine will not boot without that file.
you will have to boot up your computer from the windows 7 DVD and repair the installation (I guess its called startup repair). OR If you have Windows XP installed on the same PC, then use Vista Boot PRO (Totally free) to restore Boot manager info to your windows 7 partition
You can install Windows onto your iMac and boot into the Windows OS using BootCamp. Though if you wish to run Windows while still working/using your Mac OS, you should refer to Parallels or VMFusion. These programs enable you to open a virtual desktop running Windows XP/Vista in a separate window.
The Dell Optiplex 745 can be extremely useful when it's working properly. If your computer starts to boot Windows XP then stops you should try to clean boot it from Safe mode and then go from there.

You can make it the default option in the bootloader. Or you could reinstall the Windows bootloader, but it will not allow you to boot Linux without modification.
I run windows 7 on my mac mini with two monitors hooked up regularly. Whenever I go to my friends house with my mac and one monitor, the windows will not boot. It will go to the icon, then freeze before the icon is finished "assembling". My mac partition works perfectly fine. I ran Windows System repair and nothing happened. Anybody know anyway of helping this?
you have to boot from something else, whether it be a floopy disk, thumb drive, or setup cd. you can't delete files that you are currently using. if you boot into windows xp you can't delete windows xp.
Boot Camp allows you to install Windows on your Mac and dual boot. Your Mac will look just like a Windows PC when you boot into the Windows partition. You will also have to install Windows Security on that partition to be safe.

There is no such folder. Boot sector is a special area on the hard drive which is cannot be edited or viewed without special tools.
