lf you are lazy as habit, there is obviously a reason for it.

Since humans are made up of mind, body, heart and spirit i.e. the intellectual, physical, emotional and spiritual. The first step is to identify which area of your personality gives rise to the problem and somebody living or knowing you better may be able to help you.Once the problem has been identified then you may proceed accordingly, such as how to improve discipline in your mind,or to have nutritious food if you having been having too much junk food or maybe stabilizing yourself emotionally or spiritually------depending on which are the problem had been identified.

To break the habit of being lazy, start by setting specific goals and creating a routine that includes daily tasks. Break tasks into smaller, manageable steps to make them less overwhelming. Stay motivated by rewarding yourself for completing tasks and seeking support from friends or family. Practice self-discipline and hold yourself accountable to develop a more productive lifestyle.
