first buy a female and a male betta but make shure that they are close size and healthey then put them both in a jar next to each other and feed them both a lot 3 days later take the female out of the males sight for 5 days then put the male in a betta breeding tank but dont put them to gether yet the tank should be 3 gallon tank or bigger cut a stierfoam cup in half and put it in the so it can float and so the male can build his bubblenest make shure the tank has a lot of plant figures so the female can hide from the male aFTER THE MALE DONE BUILDING THE BUBBLENEST YOU PUT THE FEMAle in the chase is on the male will try to cahse the female and she will probily lose a lot of finns make shure the water is 82 dagrees later on like 1 week later you female betta will be loaded with eggs when they are both ready they will spawn

Both "Albino" and "Pied" are simply variants in color of a species. As long as the Betta fish you want to breed share the same genus, they can breed.... if i need to make that clearer, YES they can breed. :)
