A More Thorough Answer
In some cases, people have been technically dead and been revived by extreme medical procedures.
Some but not all of those who have experienced this have stories of "near death experiences," seeing a bright light, hearing voices etc. Considering how many people tell similar stories, there may well be something to these.
However, when a person is completely brain dead, revival is not possible.
There are some stories of re-animated bodies (Zombies) in the writings of Haitian voodoo, but it would appear the victims where poisoned and then "revived,"
The slowed metabolic rates and other complication of the poison often resulted in brain damage, hence the shuffling walk, lack of co-ordination, difficulties in speech and cognitive powers in the resultant "zombie."
There are stories of "miracles" throughout many religious writings and there is no way (because of the distance of time) to prove or disprove these stories.
The myths and legends of vampires, claim the dead arose from the dead, and although popular fiction has embraced and expounded the stories, they are most likely the result of a mis-diagnosis of "death" and a premature internment.
As for the possibility of reincarnation, the only way one's soul can come "back to life" after death... there are a goodly number of spiritual paths that believe strongly it it. The Dahlia Llama is believed to be the reincarnation spirit of one person in a long line of different bodies and lives.
You can't make a cat come back to life because it's an animal and it has to die someday. My cat Tangerine just died today and it is really sad. Some people think that cats have 9 lives but that's just a phrase, which means cats can do a lot of stuff and not get hurt. But anyways cats can't come back to life. I'm sorry and good luck.
It all depends on how you think of it. In hospitals this happens often, a patient's heart stops declaring them as dead until the doctor revives them with the defilibrators ( those paddles they rub together press against the patients chest). A patient may be dead for quite and while (I have heard as long as ten minutes?) before being revived.
Another example is when the human body goes through a sudden freezing process (falling into a frozen lake etc) the bodies functions can stop leading to a death which they may be revived from. This is where the theory of cryogenics derives from.
Otherwise you cannot pull a body out of the grave and revive it.
You cant bring anything back to life Chances are, that the puppy had a disability, or was not feeding...ect. I would not try to bring the puppy back to life. Doing so could break several bones. Flip the puppy onto it's belly and with one finger, push up the spine...gently. But I wouldn't try it.
You can but only if it's immedietly after the death. The body goes through a process after death where everything stops working. If you can bring it back to life before the process is complete, then you will have succseeded.
You have to shock it back to life. Y

Witches bring the dead back to life as zombies.
If a pup is born weak or is ignored by its mother, your assistance can save its life. For instance, if a newborn puppy appears cold and weak with irregular or no breathing, hold it firmly and swing it up and down between your legs with its head down. This will help drain fluid from the mouth and lungs. To stimulate breathing, rub the puppy briskly with a warm towel. By blowing gently into its nose and softly pressing its chest with your fingers you can also help induce breathing. When the puppy starts breathing on its own, return it to its mother. If this doesn't work then you should immediately take the puppy to the vets. Even if you manage to get the fluid from the pups chest it's a good idea to have the vet check out the puppy.
yes
There is no medical justification for docking a newborn puppy's tail but, if it's going to be done, it should be within the first 2 to 3 days of life. Check with your Vet for his/her protocol.
When Brock found a puppy, he took it home. The scientists wanted to experiment so he acted if he had rabies. The dog and brock were then expelled out of the dome to look for other life

Newborn, young puppy, adult dog
Newborn to puppy to adult is the life cycle of the Alaskan malamute. In an ideal situation, the dog in question passes quickly from newborn to about four years each as a puppy and sexually active adult and then about five years as a still active but older adult and about eleven years as a quite inactive adult requiring careful monitoring.
