How do you bring a sim back to life in The Sims 2 deluxe?

What I did was

You click Ctrl = Shift = C which brings up the cheat menu, then you type in this : boolprop testingcheatsenabled true

then you hold down shhift key click on somone and click spawn, then you clock on tombstone L & D

then you click add family member and you search for who died. This worked for me on every sims game I have. If it doesnt work theres something wrong with the game!

note: there will be nothing wrong with your game if it want let you... if your sim dies on another lot this dosent work. just a warning like

You can't "resurect" anybody... But, to keep them from dying, you run to the grim reaper (before he says your sim is dead) and click on him. Then it will say in the social options: PLEA Do that, and the Sim will stay alive

sorry if i explain this badly, okay sometimes you can get a opportunity that lets you bring a gravestone to the science facility. i did, all though they didn't turn back into a "human" i got to control the ghost!! ^.^ also you can make "ambrosia" its at the bookstore. you have to be at level 10 in the cooking skill, 9 or 10 in gardening, and 9 in fishing. you need the recipe witch is 12,000 dollars. it requires a deathfish witch is in the grave yard but only comes out after 1 in the morning (angelfish is the bait) and life fruit( if you type in testingcheatsenabled true the buydebug a ? icon will come up and you can get fully grown plants under...well...plants... and you can get the life fruit) sorry if your confused:\ hope this helped! happy simming(:

Once a Sim dies, their remains will be put in an urn. If you save this urn, you may eventually receive an opportunity to have them resurected at the science facility.
