You put the food on top of the pan, hope you have a nice evening! Or you can put it in it if it of a size that would slide off the top of it. I personally like to do bacon on top of the broiler pan so that the grease collects at the bottom and you have less fat on your cooked bacon.
How should i know?!?!??!
On your oven there should be a broil button.
....Broil, fry, stew, stir-fry, bake, boil, microwave....
From Japanese, it means 'glossy broil'. Food grilled with a flavoured glaze
Boil it to cook it first, then broil to finish it.
No, if you boil it then broil it, the tail will be overdone.
Food can be browned in a few ways, and some are better than others depending on the food. You can fry it, sear it, broil it, and bake it to make a browned color.
I like to broil burgers! I would very much appreciate it if you would be so kind as to broil my salmon steak.
The word broil is a regular verb. The past tense is broiled.
Broil it on one side for a minute. Then flip the stake and let it broil for another minute.
Specific use depends on the food being broiled but generally: Move the oven rack to the top position in the oven. Place food on a broiler pan or a cookie sheet pan. Set oven to Broil for type of cooking and Broil for temperature (usually 550 degrees Fahrenheit or more). The electric element inside the ceiling of the oven will then get red hot, this is the broiling element. Place the pan with food on the top rack and close the oven. BE CAREFUL! Food cooks very fast and can catch on fire this close to the heat source.
