The recommended way is to buy a motorcycle factory. If that is too expensive you may want to have a professional do it (frame builder + standard motor + ...). If that is not what you want, then you are planning on spending a LOT of money and in the end it will be inferior to the store bought kind. ------------------------------ A good way to build a bike is to have one (or more) non-functional motorcycles and use the working parts. When you build a bike from more than one bike, this is called a "conversion bike." If all of the bikes are from one maker, you tend to have a easier time making everything work. If this is what you want, work towards your goal and don't listen to people who tell you "no."
No it is not possible to build a mini bike with a starter motor hanging down underneath.
buy a cheap bike then buy a good chain saw then take the chain saw apart then stay with the motor and get the chain of the bike and conect it to the motor then put gas in the motor then have fun.JUST BE CAREful

there is 1 a moped it is a bike but it has a motor like a motorbike
I'd start with a dirt-cheap MTB. It's most likely to be made of a steel alloy that's not too hard to weld motor mounts and stuff to.

Besides not riding a motor bike the best way to avoid a crash is training and following the rules of the road. It is important to take a certified motor bike training class.
