This question is, unless I'm mistaken, unanswerable due to the rules that I have agreed to in order to do this task. Learning how to build a nuclear weapon, or nuke, is NOT something appropriate for all ages.

The U.S. originally built the atomic bomb to end WW2 because it was the only alternative to invading Japan, which would have cost many, many more lives and been worse for all involved. Now atomic bombs are used for a balance of power - "If you nuke us we'll nuke you back" is enough to stop a few wars.

I'm not sure of this. Why would Iraq have a nuke? One purpose of Iraq having a nuke is that they can start or end war. I don't think Iraq haves the right to have a nuke.
