Using an numerous designs that have been proven in the real world. Search Google Images and look at the design of those bridges.
In my opinion the best design looks something like this:
______

This is a very simple, strong design. It is called the Warren Truss. Also consider using the Pratt or Howe truss designs. Well, I just finished making a popsicle bridge and I think the most important things you need to do are paste all the popsicle sticks together to form the bottom part (just like the picture above) and then basicly just add some objects that well make your building strongerlike:
tringles,(keep in mind they are very strong)
some extra popsicle sticks on the bottom of your creation
maybe some glue on each fragment to reaforce it after you are done.
and any extra effects you want to add.
and that is probably it.

Popsicle sticks, tape or zip ties. Straws if you want
To create a popsicle stick boat easily, you can follow these simple steps: Gather materials: popsicle sticks, glue, scissors, and paper. Build the base: glue popsicle sticks together to form a flat base. Construct the hull: glue more popsicle sticks vertically along the edges of the base to create the boat's hull. Add details: cut paper sails and glue them onto toothpicks to create sails for your boat. Let it dry: allow the glue to dry completely before playing with your popsicle stick boat.

I would probably use popsicle sticks from a craft store and glue and string. Or you could buy and build a sail boat model kit
Moulds are often used in an industrial setting. If you're trying to make popsicles at home and are having a hard time with tipping sticks- cover the tray your using in ClingWrap and poke your popsicle sticks through the plastic. This will keep the stick in the middle of your popsicle.
u don't because if it's made out of paper it's not made out of popsicle sticks.
I didn't know you COULD, except maybe by gathering a billion popsicle sticks, having bible-stock paper made out of them and printing the Bible on the paper.
If the picture is smaller, than you can use 4 Popsicle sticks.
