If you build it then it won't be an Epiphone.
Having said that you will need the blue prints with the dimensions on, source the materials, timber, hardware (pickups, tuners, volume and tone controllers, bridge etc). Mark out the timber and get it cut then routed out for the neck pocket, pickups and control panel, make the neck, laminate and splice insert truss rod glue on fret board, mark out for frets according to blue print, insert frets. Cut out machine head and splice onto the neck, mark out and drill for tuning pegs. Sand down body, machine head and neck have it painted or lacquered to the finish you require. Assemble guitar setting the neck to the correct pitch if its a set neck this needs to be right 1st time, if a bolt on neck then you can make adjustments after. Wire all electrics (pickups, selector switch, control panel) mount bridge and stop end, fit tuners, nut, dress the neck level all frets and polish, string the guitar, tune it up, plug it into an amplifier.
However, if you don't know a lot about woodworking or you just don't feel like doing woodworking, you can always buy the pre-finished products online and assemble them into a custom guitar that will suit your needs without breaking the bank.
