talk to the construction worker then he lets you in the shed find the two items that look like wheels they are visible then click on the huge bit of thread and you get the two ends as the other two wheels then go outside and touch the bucket full of water for the main body of your cart then if you click on the whistle in your bottom right corner call your black puffle and he will come, touch your black puffle and then touch your mine cart and he will weld the wheels properly to help. then youll have your cart ready to go :)

2.You will probably get close to the cart if you've done it right. Then find the cracks and then put your mouse on it and click and move to fix the cart.
3. Then your done!
4. Then go to the toilet and pee. Lol!
