The only way legally is to have a copy of the song on your computer. Windows media and iTunes both convert music to CD audio for burning but you have to have it first. There are file sharing websites to obtain them from but alot of them are overrun with viruses. I do not encourage file sharing, it is illegal and punishable by law. This website also does not advertise or encourage file sharing. This is general knowlegde and nothing more
Yes, you can burn a pdf or any file (a file not exceeding the data capacity of the cd) to a disk. You should be able to burn it on any computer that can burn a cd, without having extra software. With windows or a mac, you can burn files without another program.
If you burn a song onto CD, that means that you are copying the song onto the CD

No, you can't burn a CD without a CD recorder(CD writer), unless you mean "burn" literally. You can save it to your hard drive but not to another disc, except a rw disc but then it would be data and only a computer would be able to read it. can't save to rw unless you have a burner
you just go back to windows media player or any music player you have to burn discs and press burn song or whatever you want to burn to the disc
