The engine kill switch is under the seat.
Tape or zip tie it down....\
Just take the wire that go to the seat and join them together. ( THIS IS A SAFETY FEATURE IF YOU BY PASS IT WHEN YOU GET OFF THE SEAT THE LAWNMOWER WILL STAY RUNNING!!!!!!!!!!!)

If you are saying that the mower shuts off when you engage the blades (or put the lever for the blades in the up position) then the most common problem is a bad seat safety switch. This is located under the seat. It has two wires going to it.
it should be under the seat.
Where is the fuel cut off switch for a Seat Ibiza?
It sounds like one of the "blade safety switch's" or the "emergency brake safety switch" was knocked loose some where. You have one on your seat, for your clutch/brake and the hand/throttle. You might retrace you tracks and look to see if any wires came loose. The only one near my battery is the seat one. The only other one nearer is the hand/throttle. Try looking at the seat switch as that one will cut the motor when you get out of your seat with out setting the brake. It might tie into the clutch/brake. You might look at the brake switch too as that may just be shorting out.
The fuse for a craftsman tractor is located at the back of the ignition switch on a lead or wire,it carries a 20 amp. fuse.
