Take the LoJack off the car and tape it to the undercarriage of someone's car on the other side of town. LoJack is powered by both the car's battery and an internal battery, so it has to be located somewhere in the car that has access to car battery power, although this may not always be the case depending on the version of LoJack (depends on the internal batter of the item).
