if you mean re-routing the belt in some way to avoid the a/c compressor...then no..you cannot...
I had a 1995 buick lesabre and the A/C compressor went out in the winter time. I waited until spring to replace the compressor. In the mean time, I used a Dayco 72.10 inch belt and bypassed the A/C compressor and it runs fine.
If the compressor is in the path of the belts you will need to remove it. If it is outside the path you can simply replace the belt with a smaller belt. Serpentine belts are sized by their number of grooves and length. For example: a 50.5" circumference belt with 6 grooves wwould be : 6K505 or a variation of that. Take a wire and run it along the new belt path to get a idea for the length and count the grooves. Good luck! You would have to get a shorter belt. Why do you want to bypass it? Just unplug the compressor clutch or pull the fuse and use as is. The clutch will not engage and there will be no drag on the engine.
1993 Ford Thunderbird tires are generally 15 inches.

The fuel pump for a 1993 thunderbird is located in the fuel tank. the tank needs to be dropped, then the pump is accessed through the tank top.
Often this is the connection to the clutch on the compressor.
