my daughter has a 1994 Ford Explorer and every so often it will not start we were told it's because the radio was hooked up to the anti theft devise which causes it not to start sometimes. How do we bypass this to get her truck to start?

Never heard of a modulator valve on a caravan is it for the trans? Chrysler transmisions do not have modulator valves
I could be wrong, but I don't think you have one; if you do it would be near the trans pan. If your transmission is shifting poorly I would change the filter and fluid.
