I have a 2001 Nissan Maxima that has a Bose system. I found a way to bypass the need for a new amp and sub. Bose systems have little amps attached to each speaker including the sub on the parcel shelf. The cover of the sub comes off to expose screws hold the sub in place. In the trunk you can see three screws holding the black amp to rest of the speaker housing. What i did is disconnect that small black amp box( red and green wire if my memory serves) and let it dangle. Then I removed the rest of the speaker from the inside of the car. the amp believe it or not pumps ot approximately 100 watts. The Bose system in my 2001 Maxima was rated at approx. 1 Ohm. This rating is what the amp needs to read in order for any speaker to sound decent. This is why you can't just buy any 8" sub to replace in that spot. I needed to find a 1 Ohm 8" driver. Not easily done, however, i did find a dual voice coil 2 ohm speaker. Wired in parallel the speaker will read 1 ohm and will be safe to connect to the little black amp box dangling in the trunk. I did this approximately five years ago and have a sub on the back deck that is ten times what the Bose one was.The bass response is better the power handling is better and with some sound damping material there is no rattling anymore. The speaker I found at car domain. If you think you can do this I can give you a step by step to accomplish this in an afternoon!
It will depend the year of the maxima if one is available at all......................
I don't know, ask someone outs....
The ac won't work without it and there is no reason to- it freewheels anyway until you turn it on.
contact a Nissan dealer near you, it will, they can order it directly from Nissan... it will cost anywhere between $50-$100 dollars.. You cant bypass a chip key. If you need a new one, advance auto parts, autozone, and acehardware stores now offer chipped keys for MUCH less than the dealer.
car wont start, security light is off, engine crank, did start once and when death inmediately, now I can not get car started. Check and test key and chip is ok.
bypass the factory amp
They make bypass plugs you can get at best buy or anywhere that sells car audio.
If your local auto parts store has a listing for the belt without air conditioning, then yes it is. They should also be able to provide you with a diagram of the new routing.
You can bypass the factory security system in your 2004 Chevrolet Impala by removing the factory security system fuse. You can find the factory security system fuse in the fuse box.
You can not bypass or disable the factory alarm. It is part of the computer programming.
you dont
Code P1441 means Vacuum cut bypass valve or circuit fault replace the bypass and it should go away
