here is the telephone number for the credits department based in CA, 1-888-515-4548 (it's pacific standard time- so you may get a late night call like I did we are CST so the call came around 8 pm) PLEASE NOTE THIS IS ANSWERING MACHINE. Leave your name, number, Habbo NAME and this message "Cancel My Subscription". it took 3 days for someone to call me back and this was only after I disputed the charges for the monthly membership fee with my credit card company. I would also like to say that ONLY after the dispute did I get a call back, I searched for answers online and found that more often than not people couldn't find out how to cancel using the very helpful instructions on the habbo site.

To delete your habbo account either do not log on for 6 months and it will delete itself or email costomer service through the "Contact Us" link and tell them you want your account deleted =]
