Most websites and Pokemon Gaming experts have a claim that "It is very difficult to catch Rayuaza with an ultraball", but I have done so.
I have caught a Level 70 Rayquaza without reducing any strength at all in a single ultraball!!!
This has been done without any hacking at all!!!

∙ 14y agoJust like you would use a normal pokeball. You weaken the pokemon, then go to your bag and select "ultra ball" and then "use". The only difference between pokeballs and ultra balls are that ultra balls have a better catch rate.

Ultra ball. if after weakening it fails, put it to sleep and if you are on VBA save it just before using your ultra ball and just keep trying and trying. make sure that rayquaza is on its lowest health possible and make it sleep so it cant use rest to regain its hp. you will need loads of ultra balls and if it just wont work, use your master ball. I caught groudon kyogre and rayquaza with an ultra ball. Hope this helps.
