R-001, Bulbasaur, is in the Grassland or Arena Capture Challenge. If you've competed the game, it will be in Lyra Forest as well. **note that Bulbasaur will not be added to your Browser if you catch it in the Capture Arena.

There is nowhere the player can capture a wild Bulbasaur in Pokemon Crystal. It can be traded using the Time Capsule.

Bulbasaur comes from the first generation series of pokemon games and those games are set in the Kanto region so that's where you would get one however Bulbasaur is a starter pokemon meaning there isn't a way to capture it rather you begin the game with it. If you choose Bulbasaur and evolve it you can breed it at Four Island to make eggs which will become more Bulbasaur you can then trade those to other games that need the pokemon.

Go to the berry forest on 3 island and walk in the tall grass. There are a lot of bulbasaur and venasaur.

you need bulbasaur or one of the evolutions and a ditto or again a bulbasaur or evolution of the opposite sex

Bulbasaur does not evolve with a stone. Bulbasaur needs to get to a certain level, then go to "Luminous spring", select Bulbasaur, then select "evolve". If YOU are Bulbasaur, then you must get Manaphy and Palkia to join your team, and then go to "Luminous spring".

bulbasaur evolves at lv 16

Entei can be found in Leaf Green if your first Pokemon was Bulbasaur and you've beaten the Elite Four. Entei can be anywhere in the wild. There is no exact location.

Bulbasaur is a basic pokemon type that doesn't evolve from anything (Bulbasaur is level 1). Bulbasaur evolves into ivysaur at level 13 and further into venusaur at level 32. Bulbasaur is an amalgamation of grass-type and poison-type pokemon.

Bulbasaur is a starter Pokemon that can be obtained from Professor Oak in Pallet town. I don't think that there is another way to get it in the game. I checked Bulbapedia (a great Pokemon resource), and it didn't list any ways to capture it.It is nowhere to be found in the wild, but can be obtained as one of the three starter pokemons. You have to choose bulbasaur in the beginning of the game. Other than that, you may also trade one from a friend.

squirtle is better than bulbasaur. bulbasaur wins just because of it's advantage
