To get to the folder in your computer that hold all your Toontown screenshots, go to "My Documents", then "Program Files", and then "Disney", then "ToontownOnline", and AT LAST, if you scroll down a little bit, you will find the screenshots! :)
The default key for screenshots in DC Universe Online for PC is the "F9" key. Your screenshots can then be found at Documents\My Games\DC Universe Online\Screenshots
