There is no need to care for ALL Jews and no person can be required to hold 14 million distinct people in his heart. However, caring for Jews as a group is very easy, especially in the West. All it requires is approaching Jews and Judaism with an open mind, friendship, the willingness to be honest, and the realization that Jews are just as human as everyone else.

Excerpt of the Shylock monologue: "I am a Jew. Hath not a Jew eyes? Hath not a Jew hands, organs, dimensions, senses, affections, passions? Fed with the same food, hurt with the same weapons, subject to the same means, warmed and cooled by the same winter and summer, as a Christian is? If you prick us, do we not bleed? If you tickle us, do we not laugh? If you poison us, do we not die? And if you wrong us, shall we not revenge?"

Jews have flourished in every society where they have been permitted to express themselves and their beliefs and led to the flourishing of those societies as well.

Why did others let Hitler kill all the Jews?

The simplest answer is because they did not care. It was not the concern of other countries, most were trying to get rid of their own Jews and many had legislation in place that discriminated against them.

Did the Nazis take care of the Jews?

There are two ways to read this question. The Nazis certainly made it their intent to exterminate Jews, so in that sense they "took care of them" in the way that you might refer to a problem being taken care of, although admittedly, seeing Jews as a problem is an incredibly obnoxious and racist/Anti-Semitic view. And overall, the Jews survived World War II, so they were not completely eviscerated. As concerns the "hospitable" understanding of "taking care of someone", the Nazis did everything in their power to make Jews uncomfortable, subjecting them to torture, inhumane conditions, and mass death. So, no, they did not take care of Jews.
