A perm should stay in naturally, if it falls out within a week, go back to the salon and ask for it redone (this should be free)
If you shop around, you can purchase certain shampoo's and conditioners that are for 'product hair styles' and 'chemically treated hair'
The salon is responsible for informing the customer ways and means of taking care of a perm but the shampoo's work fine.
P.S. Make sure you DO condition your hair (leave in for roughly 10 minutes before rinsing) so that the hair doesn't dry out quickly.

∙ 14y agoOnce you get a perm your hair will be SUPER curly and i would recommend not getting a perm because it totally damages your hair and you will defiantly regret getting a perm and plus having your hair straight is totally in style right now if you want curly hair you should use a heatprotectant and just use a hair curler to curl your hair.
