U have to have beaten blue then you go to mr.pokemons house afteryou get a kanto starter from prof. Oak when you go to mr.pokemons house he gives you the blue orb then you goback to prof.oak and he gives you rock climb. Then go to the emdedded tower and kyogre is there but i have hg so i dont have groudon but i think its the same thing.
