Go to the top of Mt.Pyre, a short surf from route 121. Then you will find that Team Magma has stolen the Blue Orb from its resting place. An elderly woman will give you the remaining Red Orb and ask you to reunite the two orbs. Go back to Lilycove and surf upperright, then right until you find a cave. Enter it: it is Team Magma's hideout. Navigate your way through the labyrinth and until you enter a paved room. A member will notice you;battle him. After defeating him a shadow of a submarine will drive away, and the member will say that the boss had finished his plans and jump in the water. One room has four Pokeballs in it, one being a Master Ball.Take it. Exit the cave and surf down to route 128. Dive, and enter a doorway before surfacing.You are inside Seafoor Cave. Keepmoving through the cave until you reach a gray room. Move forward and you will notice magma. Optional:SAVE!!!!Keep moving and you will notice a figure of a Pokemon(Groudon).Face it, and Maxie will come and challenge you. He has a Mightyana,Camerupt, and Crobat, all aroung level 42. After you defeat him, his Blue Orb will glow and Groudon will awaken and flee.Then the Team Aqua leader(forget his name) will come and bring you all outside. I think Steven comes, but anyway, you must go to Sootopolis. to get there, go to route 126 and Dive. Move until you see a cave (Not Seafloor Cavern). Enter,submerge,Sootopolis! Heal at Pokemon Center, then land behind the Gym. Steven and Wallace, the Gym Leader, will tell you to enter the Cave of Origin and calm Groudon. He is, again, in a pool of magma and will attack when you face him. Save. Groudon is at level 45.You can use the masterball, or save it for Latios/Latias. Ultra Balls will also work. Hope this halps!
