No.
Treecko cannot be found or caught in Pokémon Black.
You HAVE 2 get national pokedex by seeng all the sinoh Pokemon then put either Saphire,Ruby or Emerald then migrate a treecko from the GBA game and catch it in the Pal park.............but I don't think you can catch treecko anywhere in the game .........Omark......
when you start the game you choose torchic first instead of treecko or mudkip
You can't catch Treecko, because it's a starter pokemon. There's only one in the whole game and if you didn't choose it as your starter in Littleroot you can't catch it later.
In Pokémon Ruby, you can only catch Treecko by selecting it as your Starter Pokémon if you picked Torchic or Mudkip as your Starter Pokémon then you cannot find it or receive it in the game however you can find someone else locally that would be able to trade you Treecko additionally you could have Treecko from Pokémon Sapphire and you could trade it over to Pokémon Ruby in order for Pokémon Ruby to get Treecko.
In pearl and diamond you can't catch a treeko. The only way to get one is through pal park or trade.
