You can`t catch 2 starters but you can go to the day care in solaceon town (you will need 2 ds`s and 2 pokemonD/P/PL games pick the same starter in each and evolve them to their finall form)and put them in one male one female(can only hope for a female one of each one)and poof a chimchare.piplup/turtwig egg.
Pokemon hatched from an egg are best cause they learn more moves then normals.Hope it helped :)
