No fuse, but there is a method in your owners manual for turning the chime off. You should be wearing the seat belt anyway.
By wearing the seat belt which is after all there to protect you. Having seen the direct results of someone who was not wearing a seat belt, I would strongly advise that you do so and then you won't have a problem with the reminder. However, if you do insist on not wearing it, the quickest way to disable the chime is to do up the seat belt aound the back of your seat.
If you are talking about when you are parked, my 2006 Forrester will stop beeping at you if you buckly your seat belt then unbuckle it. The warning does not come back on
Try buckling the belt...which you should be doing regardless of whether a buzzer tells you to.

The computer module for the keyless entry system on the 2006 Ford Explorer is behind the rear passenger seat. It is located under the seat belt panel.
