To remove the cover, push in the center button of each clip on both sides of the cover. This should release the pin from its outer circle and allow you to remove the clip holders from the cover. If necessary, remove the two Phillips head screws that are now accessible, to provide better access. A small turn on each bulb holder should release it from the holder. Reverse the steps to replace. The pins will slide through the holes in the clip holders when the cover is in place. Push them flush with the holders and they will lock the cover. Pushing them in too far will initiate the cover-release process again and you will have to remove the cover to access them.
