If you have a CD player that is separated from stereo located underneath the ashtray ? the trim that contains the flip up lid for the ashtray and goes down around the CD player simply pulls out, it has four clips BE sure to pry and pull from lower portion which goes around the CD player ,once the the bottom portion is free the upper portion will follow , then all you must do is unplug the the cigarette lighter wire and remove two screws located under the CD player , pull it out and unplug the wires.
