* Undo screws holding air intake flu and remove it. * Undo 4 screws holding fan cover to the back of the radiator. * Drain radiator via the drain plug underneath, and dispose of fluid responsibly. * Remove 6 screws holding the large plastic guard (2 on each side and 2 at the back) * use pliers or grips to remove the hose clips on all hoses (3 underneath 2 at the top and 3 on the expansion tank if you want to remove the expansion tank for better access.) * Remove large hose at the bottom of the radiator, catch any water left when * Have a drip tray ready to catch the oil as you clamp the smaller two hoses at the bottom of the radiator then remove, or remove then bung the hoses. * Remove top hoses * Lift radiator out carefully being aware of leaking fluids and manoeuvring it past the fan cover. * fit new radiator in reverse order ensuring you fill it with appropriate water/ antifreeze mixture (de-ionised battery water is best)
remove the radiator, then remove 4 screws that holds the fan ,,done..

To flush a Toyota Previa radiator, first drain the antifreeze in the radiator into a bucket. This is done by turning the valve at the bottom of the radiator. Close the valve and add a radiator flush product purchased at an automotive parts store. Follow the directions on the bottle of flush. This usually means running the vehicle for a certain amount of time and then draining the radiator again.
