You need an engine hoist (or a come-a-long wench). Hook up the hoist chain to the top of the engine and tighten slightly. unbolt the engine mounts and lift the engine far enough to clear the motor mount brackets. Replace the mounts, lower the engine, tighten the mount bolts and you're done. The Fiat Punto looks like a 4 cylinder front wheel drive. So disconnect the battery and any hoses/wires or parts that may block, snag or damage while attempting this operation. remember where they go and replace them when you're done.
