Stability system needs service?
Disconnect positive side of battery for at least 5 minutes, worked for my 2002 Pontiac Bonneville. Dealer wanted $50.00 can you say rip-off!
Reset with an OBD2 scan tool, after the repair of whatever triggered the light.
underneith the front bumber twist counter clockwise replace bulb
with the hood open stand in front of the engine look toward the backleft it is usually under the intake manifold use a flash light you will see it better
Sure it is. Remove the radio from the dash, loosen the tabs holding the faceplate to the box and the front will pull out. The bulb is on the left front, to remove the bulb you will twist/turn the bulb counter-clockwise I believe to lift it out. The new bulb will be set in and turned until it is seated.
I had this problem on a 94 Bonneville after we had fixed the brakes. After I disconnected the battery and reconnected the light went off and the dinging stopped. Not sure if this was related or just coincidence.
