Not too hard, best to start with a mostly empty fuel tank.

Raise the back of the car, loosen clamp for fill tube, loosen tank retaining strap bolts and place a jack under the tank.

raise jack to just under the tank and remove strap bolts, lower tank to the ground, if you are careful you can lower just the rear portion of the tank leaving the straps in place.

Disconnect the wire connector to the pump, and remove the eight or so screws holding the fuel pump and filter assembly to the top of the tank.

Remove the old assembly and install the new one, reverse steps to secure the tank in place and you are done.

I did this in the rain on a dirt parking lot in about 30 minutes so dont worry, you can do it too.
