On most modern fuel injected vehicles, you will have to drop the fuel tank and replace through the top of the fuel tank. I don't have specific instuctions for you particluar vehicle, but it's about the same for all vehicles. The FIRST thing to do is drive the van until the tank is nearly empty, it makes it much lighter. Open the gas door, and remove the screws that hold the filler neck to the boldy panels. The gas tank should be held up with two metal straps that wrap around the tank and bolts into the frame. Put a jack under the tank, and remove the straps. Lower the tank a little, don't let it drop completely, and look around to the top of the tank. There should two or three black plastic fuel lines that need to be removed. They will have a special clips so be careful, figure out how it comes apart properly, you don't want to break them. There will also be a wiring plug that needs to be diconnected. There will also most likely be a small rubber hose that is used as a vent somewhere else. I believe that's most of the parts, but again look, and then drop the tank all the way down. Then, you can see on the top of the tank where the hoses went into the tank, you see the big round snap ring, remove that, an you can then gently coerce the fuel level float/fuel pump from the tank. I imagine you can figure out that the fuel pump will have the electrical connection, and is at the bottom of the float assembly, it's usually round and has a metal body. You will have to do some disassembly to replace the pump. Then all you have to do is reverse and put it all back together!!! Fun, huh. This description is all fairly general stuff, but if you have the confidence to try this, you should be able to figure it out. Have fun.
